Unfortunately when I reported my package was not delivered they basically told me in a response they are not responsible and to deal with the carrier
So truly what’s the point of purchasing with a vendor that doesn’t care whether the products they sell actually make it to the buyer and basically say TOUGH deal with it not our problem
